Delivery Options: Shipping to an Australian Address

Faster Shipping	Standard	$19.98	Items will be shipped as soon as they become available from each warehouse.
Faster Shipping	Express	$29.98	Faster delivery for a higher cost, items will be shipped as soon as they become available from each warehouse.

Express Shipping is not available for deliveries to PO Box addresses.

All our estimates are based on business days, as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery on holidays and weekends.

Note: There may be times when we will split ship items that you have chosen as Economical".  You can view the status and update of your order by logging into your account. 

Returning an Item/ Postage Refunds:
If you (the customer) opt to cancel or return an item/s from an order, there will be no refund of postage charges. You will also be required to pay for the item/s postage back to our warehouse.

If Dymocks cancels an item/s from an order, or you (the customer) have opted to cancel due to a fault of Dymocks (i.e. stock discrepancies, manufacturing fault, damage) any additional postage charges will be refunded.

Should your parcel be returned to the sender due to no fault of Dymocks (i.e. you have provided us with incorrect address details, the item was not collected from the post office, etc.) you will be required to re-pay the postage cost.
