To get the latest status on your order, please visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order details. You'll see which items are on backorder and which have been dispatched.
Click & Collect Order Statuses
- Unacknowledged: Your order is confirmed and currently being processed.
- Acknowledged: Your item is ready for collection at the store.
- Collected: Your item has already been picked up from the store.
- Overdue: A reminder has been sent because your item is still waiting to be collected.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and a refund has been processed.
Online Delivery Order Statuses
- ONORDER: The item has been ordered from our suppliers.
- RECEIVED: The item has arrived at our warehouse from the supplier. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch.
- PICKLIST: The item is being processed and is currently being picked from the warehouse.
- PICKED: The item has been picked from our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.
- PACKED: The item has been packed and is awaiting courier pick-up.
- ON HOLD: Your item is on hold, possibly awaiting other items in your order, or we might need a response from you. Please check your recent emails for communication from us.
- SHIPPED: Your item has been dispatched.
- COMPLETED: Your order is complete.
- RETURNED: The item was cancelled from your order, refunded, and returned.
- CANCELLED: The item has been cancelled from your order and won't be supplied. This can happen if requested by you or if the item is indefinitely out of stock.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your item(s) have been dispatched from the warehouse. Final estimated delivery times are provided at checkout on the delivery details page.
- Standard Australia Post (Economical Shipping): Estimated 2-10 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Your total estimated delivery timeframe combines the "Ships in" timeframe (how long it takes us to get the item ready) plus your chosen courier delivery option:
- Ships Next Business Day + Economical or Express Post delivery option = Total Estimated timeframe
- Ships in 7-10 Days + Economical or Express Post delivery option = Total Estimated timeframe
- Ships in 5-14 Days + Economical or Express Post delivery option = Total Estimated timeframe
- Ships in 14-21 Days + Economical or Express Post delivery option = Total Estimated timeframe
Please note that these timeframes are a guide. While we always aim for earlier delivery, some circumstances beyond our control might impact these estimates.
