Click and Collect:
- Unacknowledged: Your product order has been confirmed and is currently being processed.
- Cancelled: Your product has been cancelled and refunded.
- Collected: Your product has already been collected in store.
- Overdue: A reminder has been sent to you advising your product is waiting to be collected in store.
- Acknowledged: Your product is waiting to be collected in store.
Online Delivery Orders:
- ONORDER: Item is on order with our suppliers.
- PICKLIST: Item is being processed and is currently being picked from the warehouse.
- PICKED: Item has been picked from our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.
- RECEIVED: Item which was sent by the supplier has been received into our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch.
- PACKED: Item has been packed and is in line for courier pick-up.
- ON HOLD: Item is on hold awaiting other items in the order - it might also mean we are waiting for a response from you, and we advise you to check recent emails for communication from us.
- SHIPPED: Indicates the item has been shipped.
- COMPLETED: Indicates the order has been completed.
- RETURNED: Item has been cancelled and refunded from your order and returned.
- CANCELLED: The item has been cancelled from your order and will not be supplied. This may be due to a customer request or because the item is out of stock indefinitely.
