Booklover+ costs $39.00 AUD and is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
CAN I EARN OR REDEEM POINTS ON THE $39 ANNUAL FEE?
No. Points can’t be earned or redeemed on the Booklover+ subscription fee.
DOES THE BOOKLOVER+ EARN RATE APPLY ONLINE AND IN-STORE, AND CAN I REDEEM POINTS IN BOTH?
Yes. Your Booklover+ earn rate applies to eligible purchases both in-store and online. You can also redeem Booklover reward points online or in-store, subject to standard Booklover redemption rules.
HOW DOES THE $15 SIGN-UP REWARD WORK, AND WHEN DOES IT EXPIRE?
When you join Booklover+, a $15 sign-up reward is credited to your Booklover account as 1,500 points. Once the points appear in your account, you can redeem them online or in-store in line with standard Booklover rewards rules. The sign-up reward expires 90 days from the date it is credited to your account.
HOW DOES THE BIRTHDAY BONUS WORK WITH BOOKLOVER+?
If your birthday is recorded in your account, Booklover+ adds an extra $5 to your usual Birthday Bonus (Classic: $5 becomes $10; Gold: $10 becomes $15). If you don’t have a birthday recorded, anniversary bonus points apply instead. The bonus is issued during your birthday month and expires after two months (nonPlus members have a one-month expiry). The expiry is shown in your Birthday Bonus reminder email if you’re opted in to email marketing.
I ALREADY RECEIVED MY BIRTHDAY BONUS THIS YEAR — WHEN DOES THE EXTRA $5 APPLY?
The Birthday Bonus is issued once per calendar year. If you’ve already received yours, the extra $5 will be added with your next Birthday Bonus cycle in the new calendar year.
I’M ALREADY A BOOKLOVER GOLD MEMBER — CAN I STILL SUBSCRIBE TO BOOKLOVER+?
Yes — absolutely! Booklover+ stacks with your Gold status, giving you the highest earn rate across the Dymocks Booklover program and unlocking extra Booklover+ subscriber perks.
HOW DO I GET THE BOOKLOVER+ TOTE BAG — AND DO I PAY SHIPPING?
The exclusive Booklover+ tote bag is available to new Booklover+ subscribers only. If you subscribe online, standard shipping charges apply. If you subscribe in-store, there’s no shipping cost, while stocks last.
DOES BOOKLOVER+ AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?
No. Booklover+ does not auto-renew. You can choose to renew online or in-store.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON BOOKLOVER+?
Yes. Booklover+ can be refunded within 60 days of purchase, and the refund must be processed at the store where the subscription was purchased.
