We’ve recently updated our website, which requires a one-time re-registration to reconnect your Booklover account.
This process will not create a new account; it simply syncs your current Booklover details with the updated site so you can continue enjoying your rewards seamlessly.
To access your account online, please try re-registering your details (Use you current Booklover account details to ‘create’ the account) through the following link: https://www.dymocks.com.au/customer/account/create/.
Please note that the mobile number must be entered without the 0 in front to be accepted and remove spaces (ex:4123456789).
If you get an undefined error, please try to register using a PC or laptop.
Once you've completed the registration, you will be prompted to enter your email address. We will then send you a confirmation email. After confirming, you should be able to access your active account.
Note: Since we recently updated our website, the transfer of transaction histories for accounts is still in progress. This is why there's no recent orders or order statuses at the moment.
