3. Ownership and License
a. All E-Books purchased through our platform are protected by copyright law and remain the property of the respective authors or publishers.
b. By purchasing an e-Book, Dymocks hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download to your mobile device and/or access online the e-Book through Glassboxx and use the e-Book for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The eBook consists of licensed content on select topics.
c. If we or Glassboxx lose the right to offer any e-Book content; discontinue the software, or are otherwise unable to offer any e-Book content, we may terminate your access to the e-Book. We make no guarantees that the e-Book content will continue to be made available for access. In this circumstance, we will take reasonable endeavours to notify you prior to the withdrawal or removal of any e-Book content.
4. Restrictions
a. You may not distribute, share, or resell the e-Book in any form, including but not limited to electronic, print or audio format without the prior written consent from the copyright holder.
b. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the e-Book without permission.
5. Refunds
a. Once you have downloaded or accessed the e-Book, you will not be eligible for any cancellation or refund due to the nature of digital content.
b. If the e-Book or software applications are defective or faulty, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our returns and refund policy of 60 days from purchase.
6. Compatibility and Technical Issues
a. Internet access is required to access the e-Book through Dymocks and Glassboxx software.
b. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or software versions.
c. We are not responsible for any technical issues or limitations experienced during the download or use of the e-Book, including but not limited to compatibility issues, software glitches or internet connectivity problems.
d. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to download and maintain the software requirements for your use of the e-Book.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, download or use of e-Books from our platform.
