Step 1:
Find the product you need using either the search bar located at the top of the screen, or via our main navigation menu. Select the products you wish you purchase by clicking the 'Add to Bag' button.
Step 2:
When you have selected everything you wish to purchase, click the 'Bag' button via the red Shopping Cart icon at the top right-hand side of your screen.
Step 3:
Check your Shopping Cart has all your items correctly listed and click ‘Checkout’
Step 4:
You’ll then be given the option of either Guest Checkout or to proceed as a Dymocks Booklover
Add Your email address, select your delivery address and the correct address has been entered and shipping method to proceed through the 'Payment and Billing Details‘ page
Step 5:
Review your delivery address and shipping method
Step 6:
- Add your payment details using the payment options listed on the ‘Review & Payments page.
- You can review the shipping address, choose the gift-wrapping option and enter Gift card details on this page as well.
Step 7:
Once updates with the necessary details, click on the “Place Order” button in red on the right side of the page.
Step 8:
You have completed the order process! You will soon receive a confirmation email from us with details of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact Dymocks Online here.

Customer Order Amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to an online purchase after it has been placed by a customer. This includes but is not limited to:
- Adding or removing items.
- Cancelling items which are not eligible for cancellation.
- Address details once the order has been packed; and
- Applying discounts or change in payment method.
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
